Catherine Mbagaya is a researcher in Maseno University, Kenya where she also teaches and mentors postgraduate in the Department of Psychology. Her research focus is in parenting, early childhood development and education. She is involved in attachment-based parenting interventions for parents living in resource limited settings in Kenya. In addition, Catherine is working on validation of maternal sensitivity scales for use in the Kenyan context. On this board, she coordinates the Special Interest Research Group on Attachment in a Global Context.
